The tre'Care Group has two homes in its portfolio; namely Tregenna House and Little Trefewha. These homes care for people with differing health needs, however, our philosophy of care and our objectives are the same in both. We aim to provide care for all residents to a standard of excellence which embraces the fundamental principles of good care; furthermore, we aim that this care may be witnessed and evaluated throughout our practice, conduct and recorded quality control in the homes.
Within our homes we aim to support each of our residents to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. We appreciate that due to the varied physical, mental and psychological needs of the people who reside in our homes, specialist areas, facilities and staffing arrangements may be needed to cater to different individuals' needs and will strive to accommodate these various requirements.
Any person who comes to live in our homes will be treated with the utmost respect regardless of their age or impairment. We believe that each person is still a highly valuable citizen who remains a part of the wider local community regardless of whether they are living in their own home or in a care home. It is recognised that they bring their own unique history and personality with them and our staff will do all they can to understand each individual's emotional, psychological and physical needs.
Our Philosophy of Care...
At tre'Care group, we believe that our residents are central to the care provided, each one being a whole person, a unique individual with differing physical, psychological, social and spiritual requirements.We recognise that from birth to death, individuals are subject to deviations from health, which prevent them from being able to meet all their needs of daily living.
Our role is to respond when residents, family and friends may not have the necessary strengths, skills and knowledge to assist the residents to fulfill all of the needs of daily living. In coordination with the residents and their family and friends, we aim to plan an individual care programme which is flexible, appropriate and meets the needs and wishes of our residents, their family and friends. We believe that our approach will enable us to provide care which assists the resident to maximise their strengths and abilities to achieve an optimum state of health in an environment which is safe, caring, relaxed and homely.
All care staff within our homes will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest intiatives and developments in care practices as may be laid down in appropriate legislation, and authority guidelines.

Tregenna House - Camborne
Tregenna House is a nursing home based in Camborne registered with the Care Quality Commission for the care and treatment of 49 people suffering from all forms and stages of dementia and mental disorder, and for the rehabilitation of older people with other mental health concerns.
Little Trefewha - Praze
Little Trefewha is a country residential care home based in Praze-an-Beeble and registered with the Care Quality Commission for 20 elderly residents and also has one respite room available for pre-booking.
