Our Mission...
At the tre'Care Group we strive to provide a high standard of care that meets the unique needs of each individual and their families. We are constantly reviewing our services and how we can make positive changes.
We challenge the concept that dementia and age related memory problems mean an individual cannot still enjoy and embrace their life.
Our aim is that individuals using our service will be able to say:
- I am respected as a unique individual
- I get the care and support that helps me live with dementia and have a good quality of life
- I am treated with dignity and respect
- I feel part of a community where I am valued
- I am confident that my end of life wishes will be respected so I can have a good death in my preferred place
Our commitments to our residents and their families are:
- We will focus on quality of life as much as quality of care
- We will work with families, GPs and other supportive services to provide patient centred care that is unique to the individual's needs
- We will support our staff to receive the training and guidance they need to deliver a high standard of care
- We will work closely with family members to support our residents and their loved ones and see them as our care partners
- We will act to alleviate loneliness and isolation through the use of meaningful activity
- We will ensure good practice is celebrated and any concerns of the individual or their family is listened to and acted upon
- We will provide a gold standard of end of life care
